PLACEMENTS 2010:
Taxila has been in subsistence for seven years by now, has superlative infrastructure, reputed faculty members, and outstanding intellectual resources. Soft Skills
An interesting factor that our research has shown is that pure academic skills, alone, are not enough to get students good jobs. Employers are looking for Motivation, Integrity, Analytical ability, Leadership qualities and Entrepreneurial mindset.
Branding – a key to getting and retaining jobs:
Branding is applicable not just to consumer products. An Educational Brand like Taxila bring instant awareness in the minds of public and HR Managers about your perceived qualities and abilities. In India there are realistically at least, 600 applicants for every good job available. The process, of short-listing the candidates to call for interview is quite a difficult one. To shortlist best 25 out of the 600 in highly dependent on the HR Managers or potential employers recall of your College name and quality. There are infinite institutes and educational colleges in the country. However, Taxila branding and its positioning as one of the best in the country automatically ensures that our students will be short-listed and called for the interview.
